you've been together how long?

i've got air

No, I am not referring to the space which can sometimes be found in between my 2 ears should anybody find themselves in a situation that calls said space into question.
I am referring to my Nikes.  My new Air Max Torch runners are shnazzy and fabulous and ready.
Oh, and guess what?  I bought them at $10 lower than the Air Max Torch model in Women's sizes because I bought them in boy's running shoe size 6.  (The women's shoes alll tended to have a hot pink theme which...just doesn't do it for me when I'm trying to be this hardcore runner and all.)
Anyway, I dig 'em.

New Olympic Sport:

Extreme Snowshoeing.
Hosted by Twin Peaks Halfway Bust Your Butt Now Challenge Ltd, LLC, Inc, Corp. (What I mean to say is: we only went halway to the top.  We are not THAT crazy.)
Embarked upon by the following Utah natives who are also, incidentally, starved for snow.
Other than my nose? Yeah, I'm warm.
Courtesy of your wonderful presidential founding fathers who in their goodness convinced certain employers to give their hard-working drone bugs a day off.
Shout out to all my wig-wearin' fellas.  And the wigless ones too.

i love...

an excuse to celebrate romance...
...giving this guy gifts...
...that he picked out and knew that I would love
Disney's "Sleeping Beauty"...
...and stopping to smell the roses
every time I walk past the table.
Thank you Sweetie for the dozen beautiful reds.
Happy Valentine's Day :)

Introducing: a new playlist and everything you've missed

Yikes. Sorry about the Christmas music in Febs, everyone. I have fixed that serious malfuction.

In the past few weeks since I have been cut off from social internet networking, I've discovered that I actually do have quite a lot to say. And haven't been able to. I want to ask you whether a poem I wrote is good, I want to tell you how my perspective of Relief Society is changing without sounding cliche, I want to tell you about my revelations being in the YW again, I want to tell you about hobbies old and new, I want to ask you for story ideas, I want to run my story ideas by you, I want to talk about my discoveries about the trauma of childhood and growing up and overcoming certain mental barriers, and I want to talk about the eternal struggle of BALANCE. (I'm a Libra, I can't help it. The name of my world is Balance.)

But, for starters as well as for the sake of sparing you from a turbulent inner world where no one should be forced to go, here is what "Sam & Clint: Crazy Happy" has been missing:

New Moon Premier with the Milne Sistas, or if you prefer: The Conversion to Team Jacob

Moving into The New House or The 2009 Re-enactment of the [Original] Sooners

Christmas, and featuring The Best Christmas Eve Sleep I've Ever Had Due to a Cuddle in Front of a Fireplace and a Sparkling Tree

Skiing: The Reminder of What Real Air Breathes Like
House Projects: A Study in How To Put Your Husband to Work
An Experiment in Bangs
A Flood Parties and the House-Warming ProcessGoofing Around With a New (Christmas) Camera and Webcam
The Embarkment of a Calorie-Burning Endeavor.
[You're Welcome.
For sparing you the sight of
myself sweating it out on a treadmill.]

I have to say what a welcome rush of satisfaction it was the other day when I sat down to my own home computer for the first time in almost 2 months and did some quality time-wasting. I can hardly account for how I've been wasting time without the web. So don't ask.

HI

I'M ONLINE!!!

no time now for posting. I'm a bit internet-ed out from FB & Goodreads, but don't worry...

I'll be back.

And sooner than a month and a half this time.

(I know you're all wringing your hands and sitting on the edges of your seats. Don't deny it. Seriously, though, if you do, I may become disillusioned and end up giving up on the blogger thing permanento. Well, probably not. But it's a possibility. Never rule out the possibilities!!! As my good acquaintance Kirk once said, "Customer Service is all about changing the course of someone's life." And I think he wanted to add: "for the better.")
